1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time : All orders placed on MobiPlex are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.2 Order Tracking : Once your order is processed and dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email and will be accessible through our website at www.mobiplex.in.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Multi-Courier Network : To ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery, we collaborate with multiple courier partners. During checkout, you can select the courier offering the best delivery rate and timeline based on your delivery location.
2.2 Home Delivery : Standard home delivery is chargeable and calculated dynamically at checkout, based on your location and the courier selected.
2.3 Store Pickup : Prefer to collect your device in person? Choose Store Pickup during checkout. A ₹500 booking fee applies. No shipping options will be available for this selection. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you for collection from our store.
2.4 Secure Shipping (Optional) : For additional protection, we offer secure shipping for sensitive or high-value items. This includes enhanced packaging and priority handling. Charges for secure shipping are calculated at checkout based on your product and location.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) : COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For eligible orders, simply choose this option at checkout.
3.2 Prepaid Orders : Orders exceeding ₹10,000 or where COD is unavailable must be paid in full online using one of the following:
3.2.1 : Credit/Debit Card
3.2.2 : Net Banking
3.2.3 : UPI
3.2.4 : Mobile Wallets and other secure payment gateways
4. Delivery Timeline
4.1 Domestic Shipping : Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within India. Delays may occur for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.
4.2 Shipment Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be provided. You can monitor real-time updates at www.mobiplex.in.
4.3 Address Accuracy : Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. MobiPlex is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address information.
5. Delivery Confirmation
5.1 Signature on Delivery : In most cases, the recipient will be required to sign upon delivery. If unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with further instructions.
5.2 Order Status and Updates : Track your order at any time using your provided tracking number on our website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 Domestic Shipping : MobiPlex currently delivers within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team for possible arrangements.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
7.1 Damaged Goods : If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at +91 8697611611 or service@mobiplex.in. We will work directly with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages : MobiPlex is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

8.2 Return Errors : If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will coordinate a free return pickup at no additional cost to you.
